First off I would like to make a confession: I'm not the greatest baker in the world. Give me a computer and I can work wonders, but cooking is not something that I find easy or natural. Luckily my Mum is an amazing cook! The recipes on this site are hers, and if I can follow them and make delicious cakes, then well, you can too!
